Roots of Herbalism - Intro to the Art & Science of Botanical Healing (Orlando)   

Roots of Herbalism is a weekend-long intensive course that introduces practical herbalism to both experienced health professionals and lay people alike.  The course empowers students with the knowledge, tools, and experience to further their journey toward natural health and wellness.

Wild Weeds Herb Walk   

Join us for a walk in the wilds of Central Florida to discover the medicinal and edible plants all around us. 

Roots of Herbalism Correspondence Course- Intro to the Art & Science of Botanical Healing   

 Roots of Herbalism explores the philosophies of ecological Herbalism, the practices of herbal nutrition, and the foundations of holistic health.  Students learn to make their own herbal preparations, including tisanes and tinctures, to apply the knowledge they learn about the plants.  Students learn 20 herbs and their uses, and receive plant material to research at home.

Family Herbalist Certification Intensive   

Our Family Herbalist Certification program is a thirty module course that empowers students to care for the everyday health imbalances they face as a family caretaker.  It is an excellent program for those wishing to care for their children, their parents, and themselves fully and sustainably.

Our Intensive Program includes all thirty modules offered in the course of a weeklong period, designed to allow students from other areas the opportunity to immerse themselves in the richness of plant healing and explore herbal education.  Roots of Herbalism is a pre-requisite for enrollment in this program (a session is offered the weekend prior for out-of-town students).  Read here for a program overview.

Community Herbalist Certification Program   

Many of you have been called by the plants into service. You have been amazed and transformed by the wisdom of the plants, and you desire to share it with those around you. If the green path is speaking to you, then you are student whom the Community Herbalist Program is designed for. The Community Herbalist Program is an intensive journey into the world of professional herbalism (though students who wish to deepen their knowledge for personal use only are still welcomed and encouraged to join us).
