As you attempt to get healthy, lose weight, look younger or feel more energized, your body may lose touch with its inate ability to find balance. This may show up as weight gain or loss, skin conditions, sleeplessness, mood swings or even dis-ease in the body. Learn how to uncover the best foods and lifestyle practices for you and your bio-individuality.

During this 4 week course we will cover:
• Many dietary practices from Ayurveda to blood type and everything in between
• Ayurvedic principles and determining your Dosha
• The vitamins and minerals necessary for Vegetarians
• Eating and living in harmony with the seasons
• Becoming mindful of food and lifestyle choices
• How to receive the maximum benefit from the foods you’re eating
• How to create a plan you can live with and thrive on

Learn to listen to your body’s wisdom once again.

Notebooks, handouts, recipes and other supplies provided.
