Explore herbalism as a tool to promote radiant wellbeing for women.  Discuss herbs and their uses in common health issues faced by women throughout the life cycle.

Work with the herbs themselves to become familiar with the plants and their qualities.  Discuss health issues through various stages of a woman's life, including puberty, womanhood, fertility, pregnancy, pre-, post-, and menopause, and more.


Explore herbs used for common complaints including cramps, painful menstruation, infertility, hot flashes, and much more.

CEUs available for qualifying professions.
