It is recommended to pre-register as spots are limited. Please bring a 1-quart wide mouth mason-style canning jar (we will have extras on hand if you can't find one). A great place to find single jars is Miller Hardware, on Orlando Ave., Winter Park, across from Rollins main entrance.
Bill will be at Dong-A grocery down the street on Mills Avenue at 9:30 to browse some of the unique Asian vegetables that can add flair to your pickles; feel free to join him for a 20 minute store tour, followed by class starting promptly in our classroom at 10 am.
