Classes at the Florida School of Holistic Living offer hands-on education to empower individuals towards greater health by integrating traditions of our ancestors with technologies of our modern time. The health of our planet, of our communities, and of our bodies are inextricably connected. At Florida School of Holistic Living, we approach our education from an ecological perspective, cultivating a sustainable practice that focuses on medicinal plants of our bioregion.
Classes are intended for people of all levels of experience and all walks of life. No previous experience is required for most of our classes. All classes are intended to help individuals support greater quality of life for themselves, their families, and their communities, by instilling a connection with the natural world and our inherent power to heal ourselves.

More About Continuing Education
Some of our classes are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for licensed Massage Therapists, Nurses, Midwives, and Dietitians in the State of Florida through CE Broker. Some of our courses also offer CEU credits to FL Acupuncture Physicians. Make sure to check class listings to ensure you’re registering for a class qualified for your field and that you’ve added on the CEU option for the $15 add-on fee.

We share a bundle of information on our YouTube channel, and we do this for free. We dedicate one video a month to an instructional Plant Profile, formerly called Materia Medica, plus share recipes, tips, tricks, and the occasional weed walk highlight.
